Project Nine: Emery Flats

Bluebird is nearly finished profiling its ten landmark projects from our first ten years. Now that life is feeling a little more normal we wanted to get back to showing off some of our work.

Despite Covid’s impact, the City of Woburn has continued to flourish and we have been able to grow right along with it. As a result, we have contributed to some exciting new projects just beyond our doorstep that bring fresh designs to the neighborhood.

One example is Emery Flats, a new luxury apartment complex. Designed by Burke +Design. Bluebird crafted a variety of identity elements for the building, key areas and unit identity signage. The comprehsive approach combined high quality materials that contrasted with the sleek and modern facility.

The landmark and identity signs deliver a pop of color to complement the building and landscape materials and textures.
